That rug is amazing!!!
I have always loved your home, and it's fun to see a "summary" of it. Great images!
It's a true home, nothing can replace it.
HI Linda-Love your "eye" for color and the kitchen towel!I happened to stumble upon a BHG Kitchen and Bath makeover from Sept. 2011, where you featured an antique table for use in your bathroom. The article never mentions how you sealed the wood (or did you?) I have had a piece of furniture I have saved for awhile and am hoping to do a similar remodel in our bathroom. Any helpful hints would be appreciated! Thanks! Cheryl firstname.lastname@example.org
Hi Cheryl....I use Briwax to seal the wood. Wax it probably 2-3 times a year. Has stood up well. You may try a marine varnish if you want a fool proof seal. I wanted some aging patina....but have it impervious to the water. Good luck to you!
Am I the only one in the world who has not been reading your blog regularly?!! Your home is so clever. I am adding you to my blog roll!
