I'd like to pop into that second photo. I can almost feel the cool water on my toes. My daughter did get to the beach yesterday and said everyone else had the same idea, it was the first nice day we'd had around here in a while. I'm afraid the water on this side of the ocean is not as refreshing as I image it to be in that photo, here it would be downright freezing.
That second photo is so serene I think I might have to tape it to my forehead, so every time I look in the mirror I see calm and serene instead of furrowed brow!!
Ahhhh....i am breathing better now!! Wish i could be in the second pic! Have a great rest of the weekend! I am off to get ready to host an Open House!!
I know, I really DO deserve it! Too bad the beaches here are filled with snow and ice right now... (I'm starting to feel that I'm a little weather sick, there's been a lot of weather complaints from me lately!)
Yes! :) I plan to do just that: a hike down the hill & along the beach today. It's cool-ish here (strange Caribbean "cold front") so no swim for me. Your pictures continually remind me to appreciate my island home (& to put aside the frustrations that come with the latitude). Thank you for publishing a lovely blog!
It's such a shame. I live next to some absolutely fab white sandy beaches but i'm stuck home for...work. Ah well, thx for brightening up my day with this post:)
Oh, how I love these photos! They make me feel all warm and snuggly when in reality it's only 42 degrees outside. For that reason, on my blog this morning I've passed along to you an award for being one of my favorite blogs. :D
Ohhh such happy colors. Do you know that they are replacing the lifeguard towers here in Socali to plastic ones?!? They look like porta potties, only bigger. It's so unbelievably sad. Maybe it's just our city, I don't know, but waaaah. That last photo sent me to the moon. I'm going to put it in my "I heart" file. :) Thanks for the shot of happiness! See you at the water! xo Isa
I want to feel the warm sand in my toes, the sun on my beach hat brim covered face (??), and hear the water lapping on the shore. You can just leave me there. I'm good. ;)

Oh my, WISH I could go to the beach today! My son is on a 7 day cruise in the Caribbean - why didn't he take Mom with him???
I'm on my way - just need to throw a few beach towels in a basket along with some wine and a good book!

A girl can definitely dream. Especially today, when we are under a tornado watch. That's what we get for having these delightful pre-spring temps!!
Gorgeous photos, Linda!
oh i am so there... unlock that door and let me in!

I'm on the way to the beach...
Beautiful photos- I feel like I'm there!. Thanks for adding color to my day.
I wish I had that beach outside my window. Instead it`s raining and snowing. The sky is grey. I wish the spring was around the corner.

Me, me, me!!! I soooooooo need to be there!
I won't be anywhere close to something like that for a couple of months though and NO, the beaches in Texas do not count, lol!
just amazing! I saw this on sunday and it transported me. I love those bues and the rust as well. very nautical>
I´ve got about one meter snow outside my door, but one can always dream!
the second photo !!!!!!!!!
ugh...........gorgeous!!
Those bright colours are amazing - pity I'm all wrapped up in my warmest clothes here!
I couldn't agree with your more. Must snag more time then head to the beach. I'll add it to the list:-)
You got it, we were @ Mary Coyles. You must be an AZ girl gone Florida....yes good ice cream...must be the 16% butterfat.
Have a great day!

I can actually 'feel' the warm clear blue water splashing over my feet ...........
Oh my lord, I couldn't agree more! I cannot get over how clear that water is...I could dive in right now!
What GORGEOUS photos! I'm a little too far from the beach right now but......it's almost as amazing in Dehli, India, as a day on a tropical beach!
After the cold winds that blew all weekend I am so up for basking in the sun, xv.
I am there....
You are soooo right. I do deserve it!! But, alas, I cannot go today!
I'm in! Let the dreaming begin!
I want to feel the warm sand in my toes, the sun on my beach hat brim covered face (??), and hear the water lapping on the shore. You can just leave me there. I'm good. ;)
BEAUTIFUL photos!
Ok now that pic just made me feel all nice and warm...I am sitting here freezing...it is starting to rain...but I feel the sun in my heart!
Love these colors! - susan
Oh how I'm longing, waiting and pleading for spring. This is truly what I need! Those photos are amazing and so soothing to ogle.
Blessings - Debbie
All the turquoise is so beautiful! I'd love to be at the beach... Sigh. :)
You're right, Linda. I DO deserve it! Thanks for the beach break! :)
Oh, don't I wish. I can dream anyway.
Absolutely I`ll be there:) Hav e a great day!
That water looks so lovely! How we long to roll up our paint legs and take off our shoes & socks and wade into it's crystal clearness!
Karla & Karrie
If I snagged some beach time I may never come home! Love the shades of blue.
