Thanks for sharing Milo's great adventure! He could come and help me refinish a few pieces of furniture back up in Michigan when spring rolls around. He might get too hot for Florida summers :)

Laughing my butt off when I should be in bed!!!!!!!! I am dying with envy over the chair. I am not exaggerating when I say, it is the most fun, unique, beautiful chair I have seen in a long time. Great job selecting the new fabrics. And the little pillow is too perfect! Oh, and your little friends, I like them too! :) Please post the chair in all it's glory when you are finished with the nailhead trim.

linda!

so he's with you and you put him to work. hee hee

milo bug was with me for a bit of time and i will tell you this: be careful about leaving too many cookies around. he could kinda get sick.

and linda, do you know about rowenia? she is waiting for milo in arizona. our ms. deb encouraged rowenia to hook up with paul the christmas elf but i know first hand that her hear is with milo. ask him if he knows she is pining for him.

i look forward to more milo reports.

oh, one more thing. the chair came out totally great.

love

How lovely to see Milo again. He came all the way from Australia to The Netherlands, to me, and he has been visiting such lovely ladies ever since. I KNOW he adores tulips, off course. Looking forward to more adventures. Deborah was so worried about the bug and the dog, but by now he met so many big dogs alraidy, he even feeds them a cookie.
If you are interested what Milo adventured with me, please browse through my blog for older post ( oktober/november I think, hope I'm correct. )
Have fun and thank you for this post. I adore your blog !

Milo has made himself so helpful...that was the main goal, to get him away from the cantina and thinking of others! Love the big butt chair!!! The fabric is fabulous. DAYUM! **kisskiss** Deb

I love the chair! What hard work! I prefer to call your Big Butt chair your 'pineapple chair' if you don't mind. ;)

Milo did a great job. He needs to get you to take a full on pix of that pineapple painting!!

Your pup is too wonderful! My two boxers would have a ball with him!

Milo is adorable I'd like one. Your chair fab! Nevea had even a doubt. Wish I knew how to recover stuff. The DOG--you own that big black dog? OR should I say--does that big black dog own you? He is a beauty! Sorry Milo completely slipped my mind with the photo of the big black dog...maybe a future post?
Love dogs love love love dogs--husband says no dogs--and that's ok. I do however eat up everybody elses dogs. So it would be messy me and your dog...

Wow, the chair is beautiful! Well done!

Oh and this post....I hope the big butt chair appreciates the way you have celebrated it's new life with the coconut! All the charachters here are just wild...of course the big black one being my favorite. He is such a sweetheart. Gracie has rolled over on her back like a little tramp for that big boy!

I am very behind on commenting, but keep looking at this post in my Reader because it has me in awe as well as hysterics.

Having been pro *that* fabric with *that* chair from the start (sniff...seems like only yesterday your hands weren't claw-shaped from your labors) I feel compelled to say:

I LIKE BIG BUTT CHAIR AND I CANNOT LIE / YOU OTHER BLOGGERS CAN'T DENY

[and hot Hoover Dam, the tulips with BBC are stunning...I expect another BH&G shoot any minute!]

That chair you created is crazy good! The image with the tulips front and center could be on the cover of a magazine!
