yep...workin' on it :)...in between all the church stuff that's going on! Movie Night, Children's Closet, a mural for a Haitian Donation thing...family coming for Christmas and the Disney marathon in January...my "boy" is running it again this year...
I am so in the mood. I have the same angel wings in an upcoming post. I am on the hunt for some!!! After a full week of Thanksgiving celebrating, I am whipped so I am resting today so I can start in tomorrow. I have been so excited, because this is the very first year for my blog at Christmas time. My mind has been spinning!! happy weekend, Kathysue
ahhh i love the angel wings on the chair! how sweet :) i am in a jolly christmas mood as well. we ordered a tree... soo now i'm just waiting for it to arrive!
ooohhhh love you little bit of Christmas, lovely one! I stayed away from malls and Cowboy and I roamed antique stores, i have had me some fun! and now i have the "itis" (say pronounced "EYE-tis") wherein i am trying to bedeck anything that doesn't move!
WooT!!! I heart me some lights and bling!! And I heart me some Lime in Cocunut, SAY...weren't you the one who posted a pic of the palm tree fron Christmas wreath a few years back? I want to make one-i have never forgotten it!
Without a doubt...been decorating for 3 days nows, and still have boxes neatly stacked ready to unpack...though it's been warm here, the cooler weather is coming in and now it's time for shopping!!! Adore the angel wings on the chair, how original!!!
Oh how I wish I could keep it simple like this... my fingers are already sore from wreaths & wire. But tomorrows another day. Looking forward to enjoying this season with you. Stop by for a peek at Thanksgiving at the abode, would love to have you for dinner. xoxo Lisa
i am psyched and ready. the gifty muse has not reassured me yet that i will give only thoughtful welcomed gifts (and not all material) but i am trusting everything will be fine.
i am giving plenty of love, cookies from the oven, chocolate christmas cakes, and plenty of festive giggles.
I realized it was the holidays when they turned my favorite rock station into a 24-7 Christmas station.
Just saw your bee hive post! Those combs are amazing. We had a simliar issue last spring, they had made about two combs and hadn't started making the honey just yet. It was unbelievable to watch!
Oh I am SO in the mood for a LOT of Christmas. Not so much a designer tree person myself...I love a history to a tree, ornaments like old friends. Really old friends. Love the bulbs in the candy jar! **blows kisses** Deb
Oh drats! That first photo reminds me that I have once again completely forgotten about forcing some bulbs for the holidays this year... Maybe next year!
yes - I long for the joy and magical feeling of the Christmas season. And the cooler air tomorrow might do the trick to make me believe this big tree actually belongs in my living room right now. {I am DONE with hot & humid!} xo
Linda, BH&G is asking about the dimensions of your bathrooms---this means they're putting them in a mag! They're asking me for your contact information and when I click on your comment in my blog, I can't pick up your email address...it's verodoula@yahoo.com isn't it?
ah, thank you for your understated, but playful holiday decorating ideas. i'm trying to pull myself into a festive mood--always a challenge in a sunny spot like southern california--and these help!!
Your pics are so good. And your ideas are amazing. So inspirational. I love the little angel wings on the chairs. Everyone's an angel at Christmas. Thanks for a great site.
This is such a wonderful useful resource that you are providing and you give it absent free of charge. I love seeing web sites that understand the value of providing a quality useful resource for free. It?s the old what goes around comes around program.
