As soon as I opened your post and saw the colours, it reminded me of my trip to Venezuela years ago. Those bow wows look like they own the place don't they?
Yes, Virginia...I think they DO! So many dogs were there. street dogs...unneutered street dogs. Whole different world than here where you never (rarely) see an unowned pup!
They may be strays; unowned and unloved but they are as care-free as the wind. I love the first photo too where the care-free ethos is embodied in a langorous stretch.
I am holidaying in Thailand at present and seeing many scenes like your last photo. I absolutely fell in love with one young pup at the beach. He was a bit sick the first day, but I have been back to check on him, and all is well.

Love the first photo!
These yellow-and-blue color combinations are very familiar in South America, especially Colombia, Brazil and Venezuela. I love them together.
Agreed, Rick! LOVE how they fling colors together. Loudly, happily....completely unabashed!

Great colours - and great photos - I can feel the heat from here. Fx
...the dog days of August all year round...
Hot dogs!
It would be nice to lay around instead of working in this heat. I like the first photo.
i love this.
it is so sad how many dogs are homeless and unloved by a family....
or just ONE special person.
i could never survive emotionally without my dog.
she is my little piece of G-d.
xx
Love the colors.
Now I want a dog.
And to go to Brazil.
