A hearty thank you
to a great friend
who smuggled back a couple of bottles of
Union Jack Pimm’s
Dangerous business. That.
I do believe
Summer
may officially begin…
:: Pimm’s No 1 cup ::
- 1/2-inch thick English cucumber wheel
- 1/2-inch thick lemon wheel
- 2 ounces Pimm’s No. 1
- 4 ounces 7UP, lemon-lime soda, or ginger ale
Gently muddle the cucumber and lemon slices in a chilled highball glass. Por in the Pimm’s and 7UP, lemon-lime soda, or ginger ale, and stir to combine. Add ice to fill the glass and garnish with a slice of cucumber.

I'm going to have to give that a try!
Mmmm...ever so British!
I switched from Google Reader to Bloglovin' last week and I'm getting your blog again in my reading list. But I couldn't comment yesterday. And then I got your post in e-mail this morning and it seems I can post.
I've heard of this Pimm's libation but I've never had it. I'm going to have to search it out. The drink looks yummy.
Oh...refreshing indeed! Give it a try.....
I'm not much of a liquor girl, but dang that looks good!
