Love it! Disc on stand too much round with the mirror and competing in size?? Mirror wins! I thing without it tabletop is perfect. What does Bo think?! happy sunday! xxoj.
At first I wince, then smile. It is gorgeous in white.
I look at this tableau area as one that will change with the seasons or mood of the lady of the house. A place to feature the latest purchase, or a flower from the garden.
alas. and as it were. i have NO reverence for old wood. i say BRING IT ON!!! i mean the supreme lightness of being. the orange sofa is grinning from arm to arm.
Hi Linda, I've just enjoyed a long look at your friend Steve's Urban Cottage. Yikes, what a long process. But the exterior is looking FABULOUS.
As for your credenza's decor...top heavy is my look-see. How about removing the seriously heavy-metal sculpture and leaving part of the credenza top open to the air? Now that it's white, it gives your entry and airy look. Just sayin'
I like the idea of the circles but they are just too much the same height. the one on the stand ... if it could be shorter and the mirror a little higher ...
My bedroom is still a patchwork of colors and has been for 2 years. Can't decide and ran out of steam. Isn't that terrible. Congrats for getting it done!
Love the white painted look...not too much into the wooden look. Leave "my dog" alone, I love him in black...how else could we refer to him as the big black dog? Don't even think about painting him to match any of the decor...you heard me.

Ha you two!! Bo the Big Black Dog isn't getting NEAR this thing. I DID attempt to paint him white....or metallic gold. He wasn't having it.

Cheers!
I know Linda...::gasp:: ::horrors::
But in the end the piece cost me 14 clams at the local goodwill. The big Orange sofa competed with it.
And Big Orange gets what Big Orange wants!

Looks great. I don't mind the two round bits but I'd like to see the dark one lower and perhaps smaller. But lower might do it.
Tammy! High five!
Steve I so hear ya...another friend suggested that, but it can't happen (easily)...What is a girl to do???
Haha, Linda you are so funny I love that line. . . I keep them on their best behaviour that way :)
Thanks for visiting my blog!
