You gotta try this….

I am SINGING the praises of
this here
knife.
IMG_7074
I got it for my birthday
every girl’s dream, no?  But…YES!
I am AMAZED how beautifully
it works
compared to every knife I have ever, ever used. In my whole whole life.
and I only use them for cooking….should this post sound a bit…odd.

See those wobbly lines? each is another layer of the metal…
the knife has no drag, and releases amazingly.
Every time I use it…I keep saying OMG….and ask ANYONE around to try it.
I was not approached or paid by SHUN to say this.
They are just THAT good.
OMG….you have to try this.
SHUN knives.
Carry on.

I'm all over it! Love anything like this to make life easier. I'll have to hide it from the boys in the house though. Let's just say I found a $70 Wusthoff from my old Williams-Sonoma days down in the garage a long long time ago.

Nice knives, aren't they?
(I have a Shun . . . it's hard to go back to what we were used to.)

Mine is the birch wood handle. Just beautiful. My daughters both have their own too. My college age kids love to cook!

Once a year Virginia...You need to send it to Oregon (and you pay for the shipping there. OR if you live there you can drop it off.

Kerri....off to peak at the birch wood handle!

I know I'm late to the game on this post, but what knife is this exactly? There are, like, 100 knives on the web link...
Thanks!

I know I'm late to the party on this, but if you're still taking comments on this post, can you tell me what knife in particular you are raving about? There are many on the web link, and I'm not sure which is the one you love. Thanks!!
