Oh, I hope you come home with a pink feathered tree!

Every year I look at the colored lights and think, Should I? I love the warmth of the colored lights. But since everything outside is white lights and the tree can be seen from the street, I like everything to match. Is that boring?

Looking forward to seeing your tree.

The prettiest photo by far is you own front door & beautiful wreath.

Hope you will post the final results of your decorated tree... I know it will be lovely. Have fun!

White lights here too! and ornaments collected over 25 years of marriage..some from my parents and some that I made as a child... so comforting to open them all up each year.... can't wait to see your tree Linda!

It is so sad this Tree 'getting' business in the South! We used to tromp through the rolling hills, kids in snow suits...red cheeks and look for the best tree...then cut it down and haul it home. Here it is hopping from lot to lot. We like to go to the local one that is a fund raiser for our HS. Closed. Then to Lowes. 8 trees left. brown. little. It was TOUGH this year. But came home with a short fatty. It'll do.

...NOW for the lighting yoga!
Steve...Do colored I love seeing a colored light tree inside surrounded by classic white outside.

Renee...I KNOW your tree would have pickles and jumpers!

Ivy...our anniversary is December 24th...we also have over two decades of ornaments. Time flies!

White lights, and lots of them! A Christmas tree isn't decorated until it has enough lights on it to set it on fire :)

That wreath is just stunning! The wreath on the front door was going to be the only thing I did this year, since Lachlan will destroy everything else. Still no wreath... Maybe this weekend. Otherwise, he has to wait to see a tree till we get to Grammy and Grandpa Jack's house in NM. Word is that Grandpa Jack is going to go cut one down from his own property. And word on the street is also that he's looking for the biggest one he can possibly find (this has Grammy very nervous). It isn't every year that you get the first Christmas with the first grandchild. :D!!
