I've been abusing my paperwhite bulbs for weeks now hiding them in the closet. every year I plant the damn things at Thanksgiving and they bloom in about 3 days...so this year I've waited and plan to plant them this weekend...they'll probably bloom in late March...
Happy Holidays to you and yours Linda! I've been away awhile... glad to come back and see these happy images today! Lovely..think I'll head out to the garden center and get some paper whites!
I'm having paperwhite issues...I waited to long to plant them and there only about an inch up!I've been hauling them out in the sun and talking to them but they don't seem to be listening...

Beautiful! I just bought a few silver bowls to do the same thing. Do you just put the bulbs in stones and water?

Lovely. They look like little candles!
I'm in gardening withdrawal...we are having snow up here in Toronto.
I'm hoping that taking cuttings from my bougainvillea (that is not so thrilled to be inside) will help quench the desire for dirt.
So pretty!! I had intended to start some bulbs this year and then completely forgot about it until I saw this post. Dangit!
