The Little Green Notebook.

I mean come on…who hasn’t dreamed of picking up and moving to a loft in NYC with beautiful family in tow… like Jenny did?

Can’t be just me. right? right?

Anyway….Oy. I think I kinda hate seeing my rooms in “print” …blog print. you get it right?

Do other folks 185 lb Great Danes mush down their furniture just so? No? thought so.

Thanks Jenny in the hood.

You are good. Jenny in the hood.

ok. done.

Linda, your home is so unique and different and truly wonderful. I would suspect that anyone who walks through the door feels a great vibe and sense of who you and your family are!

I loved seeing it, Linda! And yes, I totally get the dog smuching except ours is a muddy-pawed ridgeback. However, that thought didn't even enter my mind when looking at yours. All I could think was ahhhh so soothing and so lively and personal all at once. I think I need a little sub-tropic in my life :)

So cool. Gorgeous room, Linda. I don't see dog smushing, just a room for a mag cover!

I was so excited to see your living room on Jenny's blog this morning! Everything is so cozy and inviting-I want to curl up under that beautiful art wall and read a book. :)

Your home looks lovely! I had a question about your floors, are they concrete or wood? And what is acid stained? The reason I ask is because we want to do our basement concrete floor and like the look of yours.

Linda,
What a huge compliment!!!! Your living room looks wonderful!! I love the well worn down furniture that your pup sits on. Ours do the same thing. That's want makes a house a home. :)

Between Blue and yellow...They are stained concrete...8-9 years old, mellowed through time. Acid stained is using acid to work with (and color) the lime in the concrete. Good luck to you!!

A Sheepdog named Hoover...I die!!! Adorable!
