Finishing the Livingroom/foyer today. Meanwhile…

A certain someone

Has decided that he is indeed from the zebra tribe

and maybe the king

of said tribe

I cannot put this rug down anywhere…

without him claiming it.

You can see I’m moving at such a stellar pace…I have not done a thing

with the door/window paint or not paint issue.

and…yes… that would be a drop cloth on the desk…still a work in progress. oy.

I’m finishing it all today. More pic’s to come.

promise. { ish.}

Happy Father’s Day to my hus… a true king of men…

and all Dad’s. You rock.

and…could’ja move the Piano for me? someone???

pretty please cherry on top?

the house is looking lovely for being under construction. You do everything with such class. That dog is Kingly. Whatever his anme is the first part needs to be King. He is gorgeous. Can someone please explain why big black dogs are the number one dog to be euthanized at the shelters? Why is that? Look at this dog! Gorgeous. He owns the rug he looks so good on it. He knows he looks good on it too.

Your Mascarpone is looking delightfully rich and creamy on the walls; it definitely stands up to your dark/bold beauties.

Now keep on truckin' with your espresso trim so you and yours can relax in your tiramisù living room....

[If only your pup were as good a painter as he is a model!]

I have this recurring daydream that you are planning a daytrip to visit me and my brood and offer some design inspiration for my humble (and crowded) abode. I know this great little restaurant where I can feed you... ;) xo
