It just grabbed me.
Some more of the work of Steven Gambrel
for your viewing pleasure…
Have a happy day.
Oh... you have a little smudge of chocolate on your cheek.
you got it.
With a giant picture of donuts like that, I'd always be hungry... Beautiful photos!! : ) Silke
Morning, Glory! Yep, it's 6 a.m. and I'm enjoying my donuts! thanks!
Great pics, have a great day too!
i am flipping out over the console/cabinet!!!! love love loveand the hallways lined with pictures right down to the floor are fabulous.xxx
I enjoyed this so much, Linda. Unfortunately, J picked up chocolate donuts the other morning and I enjoyed those too!!
Ooooo! My heart went pitter-pat when I saw that room with the grasscloth wallpaper and the chunky linen cushions on the window seat! Help me!! Also, that giant donut painting reminded me of an awesome painting I saw in a showhouse media room this year. It was a dark chocolate brown background, with a huge single popped kernel of popcorn. I'm thinking I need to reproduce it somehow, because it was beyond cool (and also about $4000...lol)
Cute, don't think I could have it hanging on my wall!! But like it...and then that console in the next image. Wow.Janell
Oh, the donuts are cute! I have always wanted to do a hallway in family photos! I may do it...someday! ♥
love love the donuts!!what a surprise and amazing how much reaction that sparks sitting amongst such natural and serene objects..and on the wall is the best place for those bad boys!!
I could NOT have that painting in my home. I love luv LOVE donuts. I would drive me straight to the fat farm I'm afraid:) Hugs to you Linda.
Donuts are not my friend. However, that hallway of pictures most definitely is. I am going right now to put up the other 351 frames in my hall...I was really holding myself back. Thank you for setting me free.**blows kisses** Deb
Forget the doughnuts...I want that driftwood table! Beautiful!!!Jane (Artfully graced)
YUM! I haven't had a glazed donut..in like...forever! Great Gambrel today too!!!Happy Happy!
Those paneled walls make my knees weak.
whoa...just LOVE all those red frames!!
Great pics and great inspiration! I couldn't have the one with the donut in my home though. Oh my goodness! That would be the death of me!
Beautiful pics. Only skinny people could live with that donut picture.
I'm a Gambrel girl for sure....and as I sit here gorging on donuts and tea....I have to say....here is yet another reason we are simpatico.
Such wonderful interiors!!yum yum yumx..x
Love it. Not sure I could have it in my house though... the subliminal effects could be devastating.Great Gambrel spaces. Love the daybed and beadboard and pillows and grasscloth... almost as yummy as donuts! (cuz, in my world, there is nothing yummier than donuts)
It's funny that I don't even like donuts but absolutely adore the painting. I've seen other paintings where the donuts are stacked which are also adorable.
hehehe, very cute. I like how your mind thinks (I KNOW I have said that before!). I would have seen that and would have thought it odd that someone WANTED doughnuts on their wall. The rest of the decor though....fab!xoxo
Laughing at myself because even after reading the title of the post, I still didn't realize those were doughnuts in the painting. I got all the way to the bottom and read your cute comment about chocolate on my face - and still didn't realize they were doughnuts :) Just happened to scroll back up slowly and then saw it. I choose to believe they are boston cream doughnuts. My favorite. xo
Oh, I love the first photo! Think I put on 5 lbs. just "looking" at it!! Love the shell fossils- have one right now on my mantle as a matter of fact!!He's such a talent!
I love this designer! What glorious rooms! Love that room with the window seats and the room with the red frames!!! And donuts. I love donuts.

I love them larger than life doughnuts!
That is so neat. I love them all...
Love a donut.....xv
That cabinet in the second photo is GORGEOUS. Forget the donuts! :)As is the hallway with all the framed (no doubt family)photos.
That was so cute I really think I did have a smudge of chocolate on my lip
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the hallway with all of the pictures!! There's nothing better in the morning that a fresh, glazed donut. The art is great.
Love it!!!!If you don't eat donuts at least you can have a giant painting of them in your home:) :)
too funny...but not - I'd gain 20lbs in a month with that picture taunting me to go down to the local bakery :)Love that breakfront - that is a beautiful piece of furniture...then those cushions in the window seat...ya, I'd eat those doughnuts there...!!
My pregnant self will take a dozen, please. Krispy Kreme if you've got 'em. There is a K.K.shop at Paddington Station and when my hubby is traveling by train he knows not to come home empty handed. Yummers! Have a great 4th of July by the way:)
I don't really want donuts... but I am loving that beautiful cushioned window seat! I've always dreamt of having one.... mmmm. :)
