I was sorting through my picture folders and came across one I hadn't
loaded. Entitled 'Libby's pictures'(13 year old daughter Olivia).
Inside were some pictures she recently shot while we were in NYC.
She was snapping left and right...looking straight up, while we were
walking(running) through the haze of streets. She added some effects on her own...
What a fun surprise seeing the city through her eyes.
...and Not a bad eye, eh?

She's got some good eyes. I even liked the little things along the way that she noted, like that Dog Bar.
So fun to be 13! Thanks for reminding us of that great perspective!
Wonderful photos-kids do look at stuff so differently, maybe you have a budding photographer in the family. Miss my NY!
Those are awesome pics, Linda. I especially love the stairs. Very cool!

Thanks for asking about our weather Liz... Right now we are being hammered by the outer bands of the tropical storm. Under tornado watch/warnings. Lost a big pot and two banana trees :~( But have power. Just baked a batch of Sandra from "Canyon Wren Cottage" brownies. DH in Brazil.
Don't like this weather stuff...seen enough of it!
Linda,
How funny! I just did a blog on NYC, too.
I hope you can stop by a see.

I can see she has the natural eye of her mama! The coconut doesn't fall far from the lime...er tree!

She's got quite the eye!
I think you have a budding artist on your hands! Well done!
What creative eyes she has! When we were in NYC, I took a photo of that "do not honk" sign - everyone around us was honking. :)
