Getting off of the tropical bus…

As the heat begins its upward scale

Flims, Switzerland.

We honeymooned for a couple of weeks WAY up high in the Swiss Alps

I want to go back.

:: Pimm’s No 1 cup ::

• 1/2-inch thick English cucumber wheel
• 1/2-inch thick lemon wheel
• 2 ounces Pimm’s No. 1
• 4 ounces 7UP, lemon-lime soda, or ginger ale
 

Gently muddle the cucumber and lemon slices in a chilled highball glass. Por in the Pimm’s and 7UP, lemon-lime soda, or ginger ale, and stir to combine. Add ice to fill the glass and garnish with a slice of cucumber.

Lunch consists of farm to table fare….LOVE that

New Mexican Red Chili Enchiladas topped with Sweet Grass Dairy "Heat" cheese and a free range organic poached egg. Served with a Southwestern side salad tossed in a house made Honey-Lime Cumin Vinaigrette.

Close to Florida State University
