It is said that gardens are a form of autobiography…

I'll be getting out soon ... it's muddy and yuck-y, but it's gotta be done.

I love working in the garden. It's so much fun.

I love that your garden is returning after our frigid winter. I am still pruning the dead leaves and pulling out those charmers who did not survive. It makes me want to cry...

But...I have beautiful annuals to plant tomorrow...and seeds to sow.
These tasks would have been started earlier, but the pollen has been exceptionally bad and has prevented me from working in the soil.

Soon...

Been out there for the last two weeks...clipping, trimming, vacuuming debris...it still doesn't look great. Maybe after a few more rains and the winter-damaged branches drop off, I'll feel better...

I love how you put that.."the sun is shy"! The new sprouts are coming up here in Ohio..everything is greening up! We need the sun to keep shining and warm it up a bit!

Happy Monday Linda!

I spent most of the weekend outside working on projects. Had hoped to do that today, too, but the wind is something fierce today!

It's mid-Fall here Linda & I'm watching all my beloved trees losing their gorgeous cloaks of green. What a treat to see these beautiful blooms. I should heed V S-W's advice & not be sad, just look forward to the next stage of their life cycle.
