chicken noodle soup and tons of fluids..gatorade and water..lemonade too!!! flush the germs out of your system!!!

I'm sorry you don't feel well! I take a lot of Emergen Cee! I think they've changed the spelling of it but you can find it at Walmart or any pharmacy. You mix the packet into water and drink for a big dose of Vitamin C. It's very soothing. Hope you feel better soon! ♥

Ok...upping the water quotient...and I have had about two whole fresh lemons worth of juice.

BOOOO flu!!

Leek soup. Lots of sleep. Old black and white movies-I think Cary Grant is chock full of vitamin C..maybe a heating pad. OH! A pool boy to fetch things, including seconds on toddies.

Linda, I just had a 2 week battle this month! I discovered those vicks puffs and it was like angels singing.

Bathe...or at least soak your feet in Echinacea Bath Essence. Plus hydrate!!! Lemonade, tea, water, POPSICLES,soup...Cuddle up in a soft throw and turn on a good movie.

Oh my darling, I hope you do feel better! What an inconvenient time to be ill! I say crawl under the covers and stick with the home remedies you mentioned.

Aww... you guys have been like a great big chicken noodle,lemonade,thera-flu, cozy sock, good B&W movie,hot toddy, echinacea, tumeric and lemon grass HUG!!

I *think* I am starting to see light at the end of the tunnel...At least I can out of bed!
