That's fantastic!! That kind of thing would have been perfect for me and my momma to do. Too bad she can't take her eyes off the wee one these days. ;)

Happy Mother's day to you and to your mom! :D

Happy Mother's Day, Linda. Cool that your mom, daughter, and you joined the Habitat crew. Feels good, constructive, energizing...so many nice people to be with.

Allen and I did the Habitat thing for a couple years...now we donate our energies to a migrant worker development in Dade City.

Wow! How incredible to do that together!
Those are beautiful memories to make with your family!
We both had a productive weekend ... while you were building a house for someone, I was doing the women's cancer walk!

Blessings and light to you my friend!

A fabulous way to spend the day not only with your mom and daughter, but with other moms, grandmoms and daughters. I love this idea!!!

My husband and I did this a couple of years ago. It is so rewarding.

Ms V makes her tamales the same way we do. OK I say we I think I have made 2 times in my life, more like my mom!! xo
